BSM2019 × Little Garden
The Marketing Strategy aims to integrate the knowledge of all other marketing modules, so that students can understand how marketing interacts with brands and business strategies, such as target customers, positioning, creating and defining added value, establishing and maintaining experience, visual effects, and marketing that are different from competitors. This course mainly trains students' ability of strategy, strategy, creativity and analysis.
This course takes Little Garden, a brand of children's shoes, as an actual project to cultivate students' logical ability to solve practical problems and guide students to propose innovative and feasible marketing plans.
Enterprise Feedbacks
In the process of this university-enterprise cooperation, we obtained many valuable research materials, further understood the needs and preferences of target customers, and obtained five feasible plans and multifaceted creative ideas from students of BSM2019. We can implement them one by one in the future, and continue to move towards the brand strategy of creating customer value.

Students’ Perception
What is different from the past is that in this project, we are learning professional knowledge while promoting our project, which allows us to learn knowledge not only in the brain, but to fully use these knowledge. From this, we learned how to fully conduct research, formulate product strategy, pricing strategy, integrate communication strategy, implement our plan and highlight the integrity and feasibility of the plan.
